Memorial Park serves as a premier community facility hosting year-round events, featuring immaculate gardens with trees, palms, and colourful flower beds maintained by the local council. The park includes a fantastic fully-fenced playground with equipment for all ages, clean toilets, picnic tables both inside and outside the fence, plus a fenced off-leash dog area behind the aquatic centre. Centrally located near the town pool with ample parking, the park also features a sensational war memorial, outdoor gym equipment, and water taps, making it an excellent venue for barbecues and family gatherings.

Generally No! The BBQs are first come, first serve. However, if you plan on having a larger event then please check with South Burnett council.

You should first check with South Burnett council about the rules and restrictions.

Generally, it is permissible to utilize your own gas BBQ, provided it remains under continuous supervision. However, the usage of Charcoal BBQ's is typically restricted, with the exception of parks equipped with designated charcoal disposal bins.
